1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Venco Research and Breeding Farms, located in Uttar Pradesh, has 1 lakh birds, making it impossible to dispose of the large volume of poultry litter every day. The accumulation of poultry waste not only posed environmental issues but also caused operational inefficiency. Additionally, Venco Farm required an eco-friendly, sustainable solution to lower carbon emissions, reduce reliance on partial electricity, and find an alternative to conventional fuels.
To solve these problems, the farm reached out to Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which provided them with an eco-friendly solution of a 1000 CUM commercial biogas plant. A metallic solution that is especially designed for addressing the problem of inefficient management of poultry litter waste. Along with this, simultaneously, all other problems get solved. Ensuring both economic efficiency and environmental impact.
Inside the 1000 CUM Biogas Plant Project by Venco Research (UP)
Watch how Venco Research (UP) developed a 1000 CUM Biogas Plant for efficient waste-to-energy conversion, sustainable fuel production, and eco-friendly industrial operations with advanced renewable energy solutions.
The main focus of the Venco Research and Breeding Farms is to use a commercial biogas plant to achieve their set objectives.
01.
To implement efficient Poultry Litter Management
02.
Furthermore, lower the dependence on the conventional Fuels and electricity bills
03.
Moreover, to reduce the carbon emissions and environmental impacts
04.
Lastly, to generate sustainable fuel and organic manure.
Venco Research and Breeding Farms have been facing several difficulties for a long time.
The farm’s reliance on electricity for all operational work increased its expenses.
Without proper litter waste collection, greenhouse gas emissions have become a major environmental concern.
The reliance on natural sources and fuels left the farm with limited access to them, with minimal sustainable efforts made.
The use of a commercial biogas plant has a positive impact on both the economy and the environment.
A commercial biogas plant has effectively solved the problem of poultry litter waste management.
The farms can generate their own electricity by converting poultry litter into renewable energy, thereby partially offsetting electricity bills.
After Biogas production, the remaining material can be used as organic manure and even sold in markets.
There is a drastic reduction in Carbon Emissions after the poultry litter is managed appropriately.
