Solar Sales Officer

Koshish Solar (An initiative by Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), a leading provider of sustainable environmental solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join its Solar team and contribute to Sales/Revenue Generation. 

Salary : ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (Total Compensation) + performance incentives.

Location : Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Meerut, , Bulandshahr

Experience : 2‑5 years in EPC B2C sales (preferably in solar EPC/ renewable energy / power sector)

Education : Graduate in any discipline Technical diploma or degree (Electrical / Engineering) preferred.

Job Purpose : To drive sales of solar products / systems (residential, commercial, industrial) by generating leads, building customer relationships, assessing sites, preparing quotes, closing deals and achieving sales targets for Koshish Solar. The role is field‑oriented with real customer / client interaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, door‑to‑door visits, networking for solar projects.
  • Customer Engagement & Consultations – Meet clients, conduct site visits, and propose solar energy solutions.
  • Quotations & Proposal Preparation – Prepare customized solar proposals and explain pricing/benefits.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure – Negotiate contracts, ensure documentation, and close solar system sales.
  • After‑Sales / Client Support – Follow up with customers post‑installation for satisfaction and service.
  • Reporting & Market Feedback – Maintain reports, sales forecasts, provide competitor and market feedback.
  • Technical Understanding – Basic knowledge of solar systems, components, installation process.
  • Travel & Field Work – Willingness to travel within territory, two‑wheeler preferred.

 

Experience in onboarding the Business associates (Sales agent recruitment & Field operation management) in the same working location & coordinate with him on weekly basis.

Solar Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar PV installation, commissioning, O&M and Net Metering Installation Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves the installation commissioning and maintenance of residential, commercial, or industrial rooftops systems as well as configuring net metering systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Survey the location where the PV system will be installed to ensure the site is suitable for the installation, taking into consideration factors like sunlight exposure, shading, roof type, structural integrity and grid connectivity.
  • Verify that the installed PV system working properly.
  • Dragonize the fault and able to repair it.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Experience to completion of 100 kW PV Capacity project is suitable.
  • Daily work progress report to be share.
  • Installation & commissioning works shall be Residential, RWA, Industrial, commercial or Institutional on PAN India basis.

 

Safety and Compliance:

 

  • Knowledge about safety protocols and regulations while working at heights, in electrical installations, and on construction sites.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent and associate degree in electrical, renewable energy, or related fields preferred.

Job Overview:

Support the expansion of the companys biogas portfolio by identifying new opportunities, engaging clients (especially in poultry/agriculture sectors), and driving project execution across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business in biogas applications (CNG, power, thermal, manure).
  • Connect with poultry farmers and large poultry players for litter-to-biogas projects.
  • Build and manage a client pipeline across industrial, municipal, and agricultural sectors.
  • Conduct market research, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations.
  • Handle client communication, negotiation, onboarding, and support.
  • Assist in sales planning, reporting, and tracking KPIs.
  • Stay updated on relevant policies and government incentives.

The Assistant Manager – Accounts will be responsible for managing and supervising accounting operations related to Biogas, Solar, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) projects. The role includes project-wise accounting, financial monitoring, statutory compliance, vendor payments, client billing, and reporting to ensure accurate financial management of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Accounting & Financial Management
  • Maintain project-wise accounting and cost tracking for Biogas, Solar, STP, and ETP projects.
  • Monitor project expenses, revenue, and profitability.
  • Ensure proper allocation of project costs such as equipment, civil work, installation, and operational expenses
  1. Billing & Revenue Management
  • Supervise preparation of GST-compliant invoices for project milestones, supply, installation, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure correct HSN/SAC codes and GST calculation in project invoices.
  • Coordinate with the execution and business teams for billing.
  1. Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Review and approve vendor bills related to project procurement and execution.
  • Ensure proper verification of work orders, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor vendor ledger reconciliation and payment schedules.
  1. Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
  • Review TDS applicability under relevant sections (194C, 194J, 194I, etc.).
  • Support in GST return filing, TDS return filing, and audits.

  • Approve vendor payment requests after proper verification.
  • Monitor project-related payments and cash flow requirements.
