Bihar Govt. 80 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant
The Bihar Government was facing a critical challenge in managing approximately 2000 kg of cow dung waste generated daily. Inefficient disposal practices were leading to environmental concerns, including increased carbon emissions and rising electricity and fuel costs.
To overcome this challenge, a Commercial Biogas Plant of 80 CUM capacity was installed. Through this system, organic waste is being efficiently converted into renewable energy and useful by-products. The project was initiated through trusted references and word of mouth, ensuring confidence in implementation.

Challenges
Addressing high-volume waste management and rising operational costs.
High Volume Waste Generation
A large quantity of cow dung waste was being generated daily, creating disposal and environmental challenges.
Increasing Carbon Emissions
Traditional waste disposal methods were contributing to higher carbon emissions and environmental degradation.
Rising Energy and Fuel Costs
Operational expenses were increasing due to dependency on conventional electricity and fuel sources.
Impact
Delivering scalable environmental and economic benefits with a Commercial Biogas Plant.
Efficient Waste Management
Cow dung waste is now being effectively processed, eliminating the need for unsafe disposal practices.
Reduction in Power Dependency
Energy is being generated on-site through the Commercial Biogas Plant, leading to partial reduction in electricity consumption.
Organic Manure Production
Biogas slurry is being utilized as nutrient-rich organic manure, supporting sustainable agriculture.
Reduced Carbon Emissions
Carbon emissions have been significantly reduced, creating a positive impact on the environment.
