Vahara Livestock 50 CUM commercial biogas plant
Varaha Livestock, located in Assam, generates around 500 kg of pig waste daily, creating a continuous need for efficient waste management. To address this challenge, Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd installed a 50 CUM commercial biogas plant designed for power generation. The system converts piggery waste into biogas, which is further utilised to generate electricity, helping the farm reduce energy costs while ensuring sustainable waste disposal.
