1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Kamdhenu Gau Abhyaran (MP Govt.), located in Madhya Pradesh Government, got installed an 85 CUM commercial biogas plant by Koshish Sustainable Solutions to address the growing challenge of cow dung management. With increasing environmental concerns and rising fuel costs, the gaushala required a sustainable solution to efficiently utilise cattle waste. The implementation of biogas technology enabled the conversion of cow dung into clean energy, helping reduce carbon emissions, dependency on LPG, and overall fuel consumption while improving operational efficiency.
Transforming Waste into Sustainable Energy: Real Impact in Action
Watch how the 85 CUM commercial biogas plant at Kamdhenu Gau Abhyaran converts organic waste into clean energy. A real example of sustainable innovation supporting eco-friendly development and efficient resource utilization.
The gaushala’s attention is on how to remove the hindrance to the problems they face in operating it.
01.
To manage the total 2200 kg of Cow Dung waste daily.
02.
To generate power of their own and reduce the electricity cost.
03.
To produce organic slurry and create extra income out of it.
04.
To implement a scalable and appropriate waste to energy solutions.
Managing operational inefficiencies, resource losses, and environmental impact from untreated cattle waste.
Large quantities of cow dung were not being converted into any economic or energy value.
Open decomposition of dung led to methane emissions, impacting environmental sustainability.
Dependence on external LPG supply created inconsistency in daily operations.
Unlocking energy value, improving operational control, and strengthening sustainability outcomes.
In-house biogas generation reduced reliance on external fuel sources.
Controlled anaerobic digestion significantly reduced methane release into the atmosphere.
Automated waste processing reduced manual effort and improved workflow.
Conversion of dung into biogas and organic by-products created additional utility and economic benefits.
