1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Sant Pathik Vidyalaya, located in Uttar Pradesh, undertook a revamping initiative to address the growing challenge of managing approximately 2,500 kg of cow dung generated daily. Traditional waste handling methods were inefficient and contributed to rising fuel costs and environmental concerns. To modernise its operations, a 100 CUM commercial biogas plant was implemented, enabling the institution to convert cattle waste into clean energy, reduce carbon emissions, and minimise dependency on LPG and conventional fuels.
Mazaco Enterprise, located in Sikkim, was facing a major challenge in managing approximately 1000 kg of poultry litter waste daily. Traditional disposal methods were not only inefficient but also contributed to rising carbon emissions and increasing operational costs, including electricity and fuel expenses.
To address these issues, a Commercial Biogas Plant of 100 CUM capacity was adopted. This solution was implemented to convert poultry waste into useful energy and organic by-products. The project was initiated through a trusted reference and word-of-mouth, ensuring confidence in execution and results.
Transforming Waste into Energy: A Real Success Story
Watch how a 100 CUM biogas plant at Sant Pathik Vidyalaya converts organic waste into clean energy. This case study highlights sustainability, cost savings, and eco-friendly innovation in action.
Strengthening infrastructure to enable efficient waste utilisation and sustainable energy generation.
01.
To manage 2,500 kg of daily cow dung in a systematic and efficient manner.
02.
To reduce reliance on LPG and conventional fuel sources.
03.
To minimise environmental impact through controlled waste processing.
04.
To upgrade to a scalable and future-ready waste-to-energy solution.
Overcoming outdated systems, high waste volumes, and increasing operational inefficiencies.
Existing waste management practices were outdated and unable to handle growing volumes.
Daily generation of large quantities of dung created operational strain.
Continued dependence on LPG increased recurring fuel expenses.
Driving operational transformation through energy recovery, cost efficiency, and sustainable practices.
High-capacity plant efficiently processes daily dung generation.
Significant reduction in LPG consumption through biogas utilisation.
Controlled digestion reduces emissions and improves cleanliness.
Modernised system supports long-term, sustainable operations.
