Case Study

100 CUM Biogas Plant, Sant Pathik Vidyalaya (UP)

A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.

100 CUM Biogas Plant, Sant Pathik Vidyalaya (UP)

Sant Pathik Vidyalaya, located in Uttar Pradesh, undertook a revamping initiative to address the growing challenge of managing approximately 2,500 kg of cow dung generated daily. Traditional waste handling methods were inefficient and contributed to rising fuel costs and environmental concerns. To modernise its operations, a 100 CUM commercial biogas plant was implemented, enabling the institution to convert cattle waste into clean energy, reduce carbon emissions, and minimise dependency on LPG and conventional fuels.

Mazaco Enterprise, located in Sikkim, was facing a major challenge in managing approximately 1000 kg of poultry litter waste daily. Traditional disposal methods were not only inefficient but also contributed to rising carbon emissions and increasing operational costs, including electricity and fuel expenses.

To address these issues, a Commercial Biogas Plant of 100 CUM capacity was adopted. This solution was implemented to convert poultry waste into useful energy and organic by-products. The project was initiated through a trusted reference and word-of-mouth, ensuring confidence in execution and results.
