1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Bhubaneswar Hatchery Poultry Farm, situated in Odisha, has encountered a major problem for a long time, i.e., managing poultry litter in a substantial quantity every day. With 30,000 birds on the farm, maintaining and discarding become difficult; simultaneously, the operational, environmental, and cost-related hurdles also stand in front of them.
The sustainable solution to these challenges was embracing Koshish Sustainable Solutions, a 250 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant, converting the poultry litter into renewable energy, which has multiple purposes and helps with cost cutting of the power & fuel prices.
Transforming Waste into Energy: Bhubaneswar Hatchery Biogas Success
Watch how a 250 CUM biogas plant in Bhubaneswar, Odisha converts hatchery waste into clean energy. This case study highlights sustainable practices, cost savings, and eco-friendly innovation in action.
The main focus of Bhubaneswar Hatchery was that they had to adopt a Commercial Biogas Plant to provide a remedy for the problems they had been facing for a long time.
01.
No proper scrapping of Poultry Litter in bulk; they were left idle on the Poultry Farm.
02.
As a result, its effects are huge on the environment; the carbon emissions increase.
03.
Simultaneously, they wanted to achieve partial cost-cutting in electricity bills and fuel costs.
04.
Also, maintaining proper hygiene and keeping a check on the 30,000 Birds health were important.
Bhubaneswar Hatchery tackled a few major problems, and, as a result, they came across commercial biogas plant solutions.
There was a substantial amount of accumulated poultry litter.
Due to the accumulated litter, the carbon footprint increased.
The traditional methods have become outdated since the poultry litter is not properly discarded.
After installing the Commercial Biogas Plant, the results were eventually positive.
There is no more idle poultry litter on the farm.
As a result, there is no accumulation of poultry litter, which reduces carbon emissions.
Furthermore, the commercial biogas plant for the farm scrapes the litter efficiently.
Consequently, there is a partial reduction in the prices of electricity bills, along with LPG & other fuel costs.
