1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Venco Research and Breeding Farms in Dehradun was encountering increasing difficulties in handling poultry litter generated from 30,000 birds. The conventional waste management methods were not only inefficient but also negatively impacted the environment. This highlighted the urgent need for a cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable solution.
In response, Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. supported the deployment of a 300 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant, introducing an advanced system for effective waste management. Through this installation, poultry waste is converted into useful resources, including biogas for energy and organic manure for agricultural use.
The adoption of the Commercial Biogas Plant has led to improved waste processing, enabled energy generation, and reduced environmental impact. As a result, the farm is transitioning to a more sustainable, resource-efficient operating model.

Navigating operational strain and environmental risks in large-scale poultry farming
Manual and traditional processes were leading to irregular waste management and operational inefficiencies.
Accumulation of poultry litter was causing hygiene concerns and affecting the surrounding environment.
Available resources were underutilised to generate energy, resulting in missed efficiency gains.
Strengthening operational efficiency while advancing environmental responsibility
The Commercial Biogas Plant has enabled cleaner and more organized waste management practices across the farm.
Poultry waste is now being effectively utilized, ensuring maximum value extraction from available resources.
Organic manure produced within the system contributes to soil health and eco-friendly farming practices.
Dependence on traditional waste disposal and external energy sources has been lowered, improving both cost efficiency and environmental performance.
