1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Venco Research and Breeding Farms, located in Uttar Pradesh, has another poultry farm with the same challenge of ineffective poultry litter management in a large volume of litter generated from 50,000 birds. The traditional disposal methods were inefficient and environmentally damaging. An immediate requirement for disposing of it with a more sustainable approach was needed.
To overcome this, a 500 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant was installed with the support of Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., providing an immediate and eco-friendly solution. The system has been designed to efficiently process poultry waste while converting it into valuable resources such as biogas and organic manure.
As a result, operational inefficiencies have been addressed, and sustainability goals are being actively achieved through the adoption of this advanced Commercial Biogas Plant technology.
Transforming Waste into Sustainable Energy
Discover how the 500 CUM Biogas Plant at Venco Research and Breeding Farms, UP converts organic waste into clean and sustainable energy while supporting efficient waste management and environmentally responsible farming practices.
Venky’s is set to achieve its objectives by converting poultry litter into clean energy with a Commercial Biogas Plant
01.
To implement an efficient poultry litter management system using a Commercial Biogas Plant
02.
Reduce carbon footprint and minimise environmental impact
03.
Generate renewable energy and lower dependency on conventional Power Generation
04.
Transforming poultry litter waste into high-quality organic manure for Agricultural use
With an effective, sustainable solution like a commercial biogas plant, overcoming operational and environmental hurdles.
Managing litter from 50,000 birds was becoming increasingly difficult, and improper handling was causing environmental concerns.
Traditional waste disposal methods were contributing significantly to greenhouse gas emissions, which needed to be controlled.
Electricity consumption was high, and dependency on external power sources was affecting operational efficiency.
Delivering measurable environmental and economic benefits.
The Commercial Biogas Plant has enabled systematic and hygienic waste processing. Environmental risks have been significantly reduced.
Electricity is now partially generated on-site, reducing reliance on external power sources and lowering operational costs.
Biogas slurry is converted into nutrient-rich organic manure, adding value and supporting sustainable agriculture.
Carbon emissions have been substantially reduced, creating a positive environmental impact and supporting green initiatives.
