1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Mazaco Enterprise, located in Sikkim, was facing a major challenge in managing approximately 1000 kg of poultry litter waste daily. Traditional disposal methods were not only inefficient but also contributed to rising carbon emissions and increasing operational costs, including electricity and fuel expenses.
To address these issues, a Commercial Biogas Plant of 100 CUM capacity was adopted. This solution was implemented to convert poultry waste into useful energy and organic by-products. The project was initiated through a trusted reference and word-of-mouth, ensuring confidence in execution and results.
Transforming Waste into Clean Energy: Mazaco Biogas Success Story
Watch how Mazaco Enterprise implemented a 100 Cum biogas plant in Sikkim, converting organic waste into renewable energy. A powerful example of sustainability, efficiency, and eco-friendly innovation in action.
Driving sustainability, cost efficiency, and effective waste management through smart energy solutions.
01.
To manage 1000 kg of poultry litter waste efficiently
02.
To lower carbon emissions and environmental impact
03.
To minimize carbon emissions and environmental impact
04.
To convert waste into valuable resources like biogas and organic manure
Overcoming operational and environmental barriers with innovative technology.
Large quantities of poultry litter were being generated daily, making disposal difficult and unsustainable.
Electricity and fuel expenses were increasing, impacting overall operational efficiency.
Improper waste handling was contributing to carbon emissions and environmental degradation.
Delivering measurable environmental and economic benefits through a Commercial Biogas Plant.
Poultry litter waste is now efficiently processed, reducing disposal issues significantly.
Electricity is being partially generated on-site, which has reduced dependence on external power sources.
Biogas slurry is being converted into nutrient-rich organic manure, adding value to waste.
Carbon footprint has been lowered, creating a positive environmental impact and supporting sustainability goals.
