1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Venco Research and Breeding Farms situated in Pune, was facing a major issue of Poultry Litter, that was generated by 12000 birds. A significant volume of poultry litter was being produced ежедневно, which created environmental concerns and increased operational pressure. At the same time, rising carbon emissions and escalating electricity and fuel costs were affecting overall efficiency.
To address these challenges, a commercial biogas plant of 100 CUM capacity was implemented. The system was designed to convert poultry waste into clean energy and organic manure. Through this approach, waste is being efficiently managed, and energy is being generated on-site. The project was initiated through strong references and word of mouth, reflecting trust in sustainable solutions.
From Waste to Power: Real Impact of a 100 Cum Biogas Plant
Watch how the 100 Cum biogas plant at Venco Research and Breeding Farms, Pune converts organic waste into clean energy. This case study highlights efficiency, sustainability, and real-world results of biogas technology.
Promoting efficient poultry waste management, renewable energy generation, and environmentally responsible farming practices for long-term operational sustainability.
01.
To manage poultry litter waste in a safe and organised manner
02.
To generate renewable energy from poultry farm waste
03.
To reduce dependence on traditional electricity and fuel sources
04.
To improve environmental sustainability across farm operations
The main challenges were tackleinefficiencies and environmental impact effectively.
Large-scale poultry operations generated significant amounts of waste, making disposal challenging.
Heavy reliance on external energy sources was increasing operational expenses.
Improper waste handling was contributing to higher carbon emissions and pollution.
Creating measurable environmental and economic value with a Commercial Biogas Plant.
Poultry litter waste is now efficiently processed into useful energy, reducing disposal issues.
Partial electricity requirements are being met through biogas-based generation, lowering dependency on grid power.
Biogas slurry is being converted into organic manure, supporting sustainable agriculture practices.
The carbon footprint has been reduced, resulting in a cleaner operational environment.
