1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Pashupati Group, based in Odisha, faced a significant challenge managing poultry litter generated by 1 lakh birds. Conventional disposal methods were becoming inefficient and were contributing to environmental concerns, including rising carbon emissions. An immediate, eco-friendly solution was required to improve waste handling and reduce reliance on conventional energy sources.
Through a trusted reference, the group connected with Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and a 1000 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant was installed to address these challenges. With this system, poultry waste is efficiently processed, generating valuable outputs such as biogas and organic manure.
The implementation of the Commercial Biogas Plant has improved operational efficiency, enabled partial energy generation, and supported the farm’s transition toward a more sustainable and environmentally responsible model.

Managing scale, sustainability, and resource efficiency in modern poultry operations .
Managing poultry litter from 1 lakh birds was becoming increasingly complex, and existing systems were under strain.
Traditional waste-handling methods contributed to carbon emissions and environmental degradation.
Dependence on external electricity and fuel sources was increasing operational costs and limiting efficiency.
Delivering sustainable outcomes through efficient waste-to-energy conversion.
The Commercial Biogas Plant enables systematic, hygienic processing of poultry litter, significantly improving farm operations.
A portion of the farm’s electricity needs is now being met through biogas, reducing reliance on external power sources.
Biogas slurry is being utilized to produce nutrient-rich organic manure, supporting sustainable farming practices.
Carbon emissions have been reduced, resulting in a positive environmental impact through the adoption of the Commercial Biogas Plant.
