25 CUM Biogas Plant Odisha Dairy Farm (Revamping)

A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.

25 CUM Biogas Plant Odisha Dairy Farm (Revamping)

A farm based in Pune was facing a critical challenge in managing large volumes of cow dung waste. Daily waste accumulation was creating hygiene issues and environmental concerns. At the same time, rising carbon emissions and increasing electricity and fuel costs were putting pressure on operational efficiency.

To overcome these challenges, a Commercial Biogas Plant of 25 CUM capacity was installed. The system was designed to convert cow dung into renewable energy and organic manure. Through this solution, waste is being processed efficiently, and clean energy is being generated on-site. The project was initiated through references and word of mouth, reflecting growing awareness of sustainable technologies.

Reviving a 25 Cum Biogas Plant for Better Efficiency

Watch how a 25 Cum biogas plant at an Odisha dairy farm was successfully revamped to boost performance, manage waste efficiently, and generate reliable renewable energy. A practical example of sustainable innovation in action.

Objectives

The main focus of Odisha Dairy Farm was to drive efficient waste utilisation and energy savings with a Commercial Biogas Plant.
