1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
The Poultry Farm located in West Bengal, Mrittika Greens, has trouble treating its poultry waste in a proper manner; without a suitable solution, the waste accumulated and was left idle, which caused an unhealthy and unhygienic environment for the 30,000 birds as well as for them.
However, to curb this problem, Mrittika Greens reached out to Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for an eco-friendly solution of Commercial Biogas Plant of 250 CUM that not only provided a remedy for the major issue of Poultry Litter Management but also had other multiple advantages as well, such as a cost-friendly effect on the prices of power generation & other natural fuels.
Transforming Waste into Clean Energy: 250 CUM Biogas Plant in Action
Watch how the 250 CUM biogas plant at Mrittika Greens converts organic waste into renewable energy. A real-life example of sustainable innovation improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
There were many focal points for Mrittika Greens to resolve in order to streamline poultry litter management.
01.
Handling and treating the litter waste of 30,000 birds in bulk every day.
02.
Eventually, settling on the carbon emissions emitted from it.
03.
To add on the organic advantage from the biogas remains.
04.
Also optimise the power generation consumption through in-house generation.
The poultry farm, Mrittika Greens, came across many hurdles that need to be taken care of.
With the accumulated litter waste, a bad smell would occur, which had to be treated as a priority
In order to manage the poultry farm, the usage of electricity increased.
With no proper handling and management of the litter, waste leads to a big ruckus.
A sustainable solution was what Mittrika Greens needed, and the commercial biogas plant provided a huge advantage to them by converting litter into clean energy.
The biogas plant helped; there was a huge reduction in the foul smell.
Along with the smell, there was a partial cut in the electricity bill.
Furthermore, the biogas plant transformed their poultry waste into biogas, which nearly reduced their carbon footprint and pollution.
The Commercial Biogas Solution converted their daily poultry litter into valuable energy.
