1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Guru Krupa Agro Products, based in Odisha, faced a critical challenge managing poultry litter generated by 30,000 birds. Conventional waste disposal methods were becoming inefficient and were also contributing to rising carbon emissions and environmental concerns. An immediate, reliable, and eco-friendly solution was required to streamline operations and reduce dependence on conventional electricity and fuel sources.
Through reference and word of mouth, Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was approached, and a 300 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant was installed to address these challenges. The system ensures that poultry waste is efficiently processed and converted into useful outputs such as biogas and organic manure.
With the implementation of the Commercial Biogas Plant, waste management has been improved, energy recovery has been enabled, and environmental performance has been significantly enhanced.
Transforming Waste into Power: 300 Cum Biogas Plant in Action
Watch how the 300 Cum biogas plant at Guru Krupa Agro Products, Odisha efficiently converts organic waste into renewable energy. A real example of sustainable innovation reducing waste and powering industrial growth.
The objectives of Guru Krupa Agro Products Poultry Farm are to drive efficiency, sustainability, and energy independence through clean technology
01.
To implement a 300 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant for efficient poultry litter management
02.
Also, to reduce carbon emissions through controlled and scientific waste processing
03.
Subsequently, generating renewable energy and reducing dependency on conventional electricity and fuel
04.
Lastly, to convert poultry waste into valuable organic manure for agricultural use
There are several challenges to overcome, such as operational strain and environmental inefficiencies in poultry farming
Continuous waste from 30,000 birds created operational pressure and required systematic management.
Improper disposal of poultry litter was increasing emissions and negatively affecting the surrounding environment.
Dependence on grid electricity and fuel was raising operational expenses and limiting sustainability.
A Commercial Biogas Plant delivers some measurable environmental and economic benefits through innovation.
Poultry Waste is now handled in a cleaner and more systematic way with the help of a commercial biogas Plant.
The farm now generates electricity of its own, reducing its dependency on external sources.
Poultry waste is turned into Biogas organic manure, supporting sustainable agricultural practices.
Harmful pollution and carbon emissions have been significantly reduced through the Commercial Biogas Plant.
