1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Laxmi Sai Breeding Farms in Telangana had approximately 35000 birds, due to which they were having trouble with the litter management problem. They needed an immediate solution that was sustainable and eco-friendly. A solution that not only removes the litter management hindrance but also had many other advantages. The birds’ litter brought a foul smell to the farm, and it was also unhygienic and polluted for the birds’ health & for the farmers working there.
Through online research, Laxmi Sai Breeding Farms found a very sustainable solution, a Commercial Biogas Plant of 300 CUM that was installed by Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a mere remedy for tackling all the problems that they were facing. A mechanical instrument turning all the Poultry litter into renewable energy, along with providing gas for cooking & generating electricity of their own.
Turning Waste into Power: Real Impact of a 300 CUM Biogas Plant
Watch how Laxmi Sai Breeding Farms in Telangana transformed organic waste into clean energy with a 300 CUM biogas plant, improving sustainability, cutting costs, and promoting eco-friendly farming.
With the poultry litter in large volumes, Laxmi Sai Breeding Farms solely focused on streamlining the litter waste management procedure with the help of Commercial Biogas plant.
01.
Managing the large volume of litter produced by 35000 birds.
02.
On lowering the consumption and cost-cutting of power generation.
03.
Additionally, maintaining hygiene and preventing bad smells for the birds’ health.
04.
Preventing the surge of carbon emissions.
The Laxmi Sai Breeding Farm had several poultry litter-related issues that were addressed with the help of a Commercial Biogas Plant on an immediate basis.
There is no proper way to discard the litter. As a result, it was kept idle in the open, which harmed both the health and the environment.
The birds can be prone to catching bacteria and diseases. Due to the improper management of litter waste.
Moreover, due to improper litter management. The carbon footprint increased; it became harmful to the environment.
The Commercial Biogas Plant played a vital role in bringing a huge difference in the working of the Laxmi Sai Breeding Farms.
With the help of a commercial biogas plant, a systematic routine was established for scraping the litter daily.
Consequently, converting the poultry litter into renewable energy. No foul smell and proper hygiene were maintained.
Additionally, their poultry farm took a step forward towards achieving a net-zero goal by managing poultry litter and lowering carbon emissions.
As a result, their partial electricity bill has also been reduced. Since they can produce their own electricity with Commercial biogas plant.
