Case Study

350 CUM Biogas Plant, Ethos Agronomy and Green Energy

A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.

350 CUM Biogas Plant, Ethos Agronomy and Green Energy

The Dairy Farm Ethos, Agronomy, and Green Energy required a long-term, sustainable solution to manage the large volumes of Dairy Farm Waste (cow dung) generated. Cow Dung Waste Management became a severe challenge, along with rising Fuel Costs. The Dairy Farm sought a sustainable solution, a Biogas Plant of 350 CUM, that could efficiently process the Dairy Farm Waste while having Economic Value as well.

The conversion of Cow Dung into Clean Energy brings independence in power generation and economic benefits to Ethos Agronomy.

To reduce dependency on Conventional Fuels and Lower Operational Costs.

03.

To implement a Long-term, Scalable, and Sustainable waste management solution.

04.

To promote resource recovery and circular economy practices.

Challenges

Balancing Waste Disposal Demands with Cost Pressures and Limited Infrastructure.

Koshish Sustainable Solutions

High Waste Generation

The dairy farms’ waste requires an efficient waste disposal system.

Koshish Sustainable Solutions

Rising Fuel Costs

Dependence on natural resource fuels increases the operational expenditure over time.

Koshish Sustainable Solutions

Inefficient Waste Handling

The traditional disposal methods were not efficient in processing large amounts of waste.

Impact

Creating long-term value by converting Dairy Farm Waste into Energy and Revenue Streams.

Reduced Operational Costs

Biogas generation significantly reduces the cost of LPG and other conventional fuels.

Efficient Waste Utilisation

Organic and poultry waste are now converted into clean energy.

Enhanced Sustainability Practices

Using renewable energy improves the environmental conditions.

Circular Resource Management

Waste is transformed into energy and by-products, creating a closed system.
