1,600 CUM Biogas Plant, RSWK in Jharkhand
A 5kW residential solar solution installed for Rekha Pathak in Ghaziabad to power a sustainable home.
Venco Research and Breeding Farms in Uttar Pradesh faced the growing challenge of managing poultry litter generated by 50,000 birds. The existing waste-disposal practices were not only inefficient but also contributed to environmental degradation. A reliable, sustainable alternative was urgently needed to streamline operations and reduce the ecological impact.
To address this, Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. facilitated the installation of a 500 CUM Commercial Biogas Plant, providing a modern, eco-friendly waste management solution. Through this system, poultry litter is systematically converted into biogas and organic manure, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
With the implementation of the Commercial Biogas Plant, waste handling has been significantly improved, energy recovery enabled, and environmental performance enhanced. The farm is now moving towards a more sustainable and self-sufficient operational model.
Transforming Waste into Sustainable Energy
Watch how the 500 CUM Biogas Plant (Venco Research)-2 in UP converts organic waste into clean and renewable energy while promoting sustainability, efficient waste management, and greener industrial operations.
Enabling smart waste conversion and sustainable farm operations with advanced solutions.
01.
To streamline large-scale poultry waste handling through the adoption of a Commercial Biogas Plant
02.
To optimize on-site energy production and improve overall energy efficiency
03.
To reduce operational costs associated with waste disposal and electricity consumption
04.
To promote circular resource utilization by converting waste into biogas and nutrient-rich organic fertilizer
Addressing critical inefficiencies in waste handling, energy use, and environmental impact.
The continuous generation of poultry litter from 50,000 birds was straining existing disposal methods, resulting in operational bottlenecks.
Uncontrolled waste decomposition was increasing emissions and creating challenges in meeting environmental standards and sustainability targets.
High reliance on grid electricity was increasing operational costs and limiting energy self-sufficiency.
Creating long-term value through sustainable energy and waste transformation.
The Commercial Biogas Plant has transformed poultry litter into a structured and efficient waste-to-energy process, improving overall farm hygiene and operations.
A portion of the farm’s energy demand is now met internally, reducing dependence on grid electricity and improving cost efficiency.
The residual slurry is effectively used to produce high-quality organic fertilizer, generating additional revenue streams and supporting sustainable farming practices.
Greenhouse gas emissions have been significantly lowered, and a cleaner, more sustainable farm ecosystem is being maintained through the adoption of the Commercial Biogas Plant.
