The 40 Cum biogas plant was engineered for high efficiency, long-term durability, and ease of operation for dairy staff. The project included site preparation, civil construction, digester setup, gas pipeline installation, and final commissioning. Despite the scale and technical requirements of the plant, it was successfully completed within two months, providing the dairy with a dependable and sustainable waste-to-energy solution.
This biogas plant now enables Shree Gokul Dairy to generate clean energy, significantly reducing reliance on conventional fuels while improving waste management. The installation demonstrates how large-scale biogas technology can deliver operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, and long-term cost savings for dairy operations.
