To fulfill these requirements, two advanced biogas plant units, each with a capacity of 400 CUM, were successfully installed. These systems were carefully engineered to optimize anaerobic digestion, enabling the continuous production of biogas in a highly efficient and sustainable manner. The design ensures maximum gas yield, stable operation, and reduced maintenance needs. Within a year, both plants became fully operational, demonstrating reliable performance and consistent energy generation from poultry waste.
Today, the installed biogas plant systems effectively convert daily poultry waste into clean, renewable energy, significantly reducing the farm’s dependence on conventional fuels. In addition to lowering energy costs, the solution also helps in minimizing harmful methane emissions, contributing to a cleaner environment. The project has not only enhanced waste management efficiency but also improved overall sustainability, leaving the client highly satisfied with the performance and long-term benefits of the system.
